Payment Information

Ways to pay.

1. You can pay by credit card at the Native American Flute & Accessory Shopping Center. 

visa, MC, Discover card  Verisign

Go to the Native American Flute & Flute Accessory Shopping Center to browse and select your items. You can place your order with your credit card on a secure Verisign/PayPal server. You will receive a confirmation within a few hours. Details are at the shopping center.  Canada, United Kingdom and Germany, you must use PayPal.

2. If you want to pay by credit card through www.PayPal.com.  

Go to the Native American Flute & Flute Accessory Shopping Center to browse and select your items.  You can place your order and pay with PayPal from the Shopping Center. You will receive a confirmation within a few hours. Details are at the shopping center. International orders must use PayPal.
 
3. You can pay by check or money order through the post mail.

When you go to the Native American Flute & Flute Accessory Shopping Center you can browse and select your items to order. Click the "Check Out" button and you will be given the option to print out the completed order so you can mail it to me along with your payment. Details at the shopping center.

4. You can pay by credit card for items NOT listed in the Shopping Center like, flute service, custom jewelry, deposits, etc.

Go to the Special Order Form.  Just fill it out and submit your credit card information on the secure server. 

It normally takes us 24 hours to process an order but since it is only my wife & I it could take longer.

I accept money orders and checks. Make checks or money orders (in U.S. dollars) out to

and PA residents add 6% sales tax.

You must use PayPal as your payment option for orders outside the USA.

Shipping Information 

Shipping costs are based on weight, value, distance, size, shipping option, etc.  The calculated shipping cost will be displayed in the order form when you enter your address into the shopping cart system and view your basket contents. I will send an email on all flute orders with tracking information so you can track your flute.  There are 3 methods of shipping in the shopping cart. 

1) Normal - This is would be Priority Mail Insured

2) International
orders will be shipped Priority Mail International.  
Canadian Flag    
We ship to many countries and it requires a special trip to the Post Office on our part. All shipments out of the USA are sent International Priority Mail insured. If Priority mail is not available to your country we will not ship there, but it is available for most.  If insurance is not available to your country we will notify you before we ship as it will not be covered in case of loss or damage. . Delivery time to Great Britain, France, Germany, Canada, etc can take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to arrive at your customs office. The time it takes to get out of customs and into your local postal system has taken from days to weeks, even months. There seems to be no pattern to this amount of time and annoying delay.
Packages are scanned when they leave the USA and only scanned again when they are delivered so tracking information will only show it was flown out of our airports and arrived to your customs. 
I am told by the US Postal Service you can give the US tracking number to your local postal service and may be able to get more information. 
Also there may be an additional fee or tax from your Government in the form of customs fees, duty tax, VAT, etc.  This is out of our control and a part of your countries taxation system. 

3) HI, AK,  P.O. Box, or and APO or FPO -
If your address is in these states or a PO box you must use this option and items will be shipped Priority Mail insured.


  We use recycled material in our shipping and packing.



Guarantee Information
Let your teacher or band director inspect your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you have five days from the day you receive it to return the flute for complete refund minus the shipping. In no event will flutesonline.com be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages to persons or property. Damages that flutesonline.com will not be responsible for include, but are not limited to, loss of use of the product or any associated products or equipment; cost of any substitute equipment, or downtime.  Products that are shipped domestically or internationally are insured for loss and damage but the insurance only covers the cost of the products not the shipping and insurance costs.
