and select your items. You can place your order with your credit card on a
secure Verisign/PayPal server. You will receive a confirmation within a
few hours. Details are at the shopping center. Canada, United
Kingdom and Germany, you must use PayPal. |

You must use PayPal as your payment option for orders outside the USA.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs are based on weight, value, distance, size, shipping option, etc. The
calculated shipping cost will be displayed in the order form when you enter your
address into the shopping cart system and view your
basket contents. I will send an email on all flute orders with tracking
information so you can track your flute. There are 3 methods of shipping
in the shopping cart.
1) Normal - This is would be Priority Mail Insured
2) International orders will be shipped Priority Mail International.
We ship to many countries and it requires a special trip to the Post Office on our part.
All shipments out of the USA are sent International Priority Mail insured. If
Priority mail is not available to your country we will not ship there, but it is
available for most. If insurance is not available to your country we will
notify you before we ship as it will not be covered in case of loss or damage. .
Delivery time to Great Britain, France, Germany, Canada, etc can take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to arrive at your customs office. The time it takes to get out of customs and into your local postal system has taken from days to weeks, even months. There seems to be no pattern to this amount of time and annoying delay.
Packages are scanned when they leave the USA and only scanned again when they are delivered so tracking information will only show it was flown out of our airports and arrived to your customs.
I am told by the US Postal Service you can give the US tracking number to your local postal service and may be able to get more information.
Also there may be an additional fee or tax from your Government in the form of
customs fees, duty tax, VAT, etc. This is out of our control and a part of
your countries taxation system.
3) HI, AK, P.O. Box, or and APO or FPO - If your address is in
these states or a PO box you must use this option and items will be shipped
Priority Mail insured.
We use
recycled material in our shipping and packing.
Guarantee Information
Let your teacher or band director inspect your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied
you have five days from the day you receive it to return the flute for complete refund minus the shipping. See the guarantee
